Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the devil's food cake mix and the instant chocolate pudding mix until well combined.
  2. Slowly add the milk, eggs, melted butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix vigorously for about 2 minutes until the batter is smooth and glossy.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped Hershey bars and broken graham crackers into the cake batter.
  4. Spray the insert of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray, pour the cake batter into the greased insert and smooth the top evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2½ hours, checking for doneness around the 2-hour mark with a toothpick.
  6. Once the cake has set properly, sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the top and let it cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Transfer the slow cooker insert to the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  8. Let the Crockpot S'mores Cake cool slightly before serving, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
