  • 2 English Cucumbers peeled and deseeded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 medium Red Onion thinly sliced
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Sour Cream can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Slice the English cucumbers into thin rounds, then place them in a colander. Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let them rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Rinse the cucumbers under cold water to remove excess salt. Pat the cucumber slices dry with paper towels.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, everything bagel seasoning, white vinegar, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the prepared cucumbers and red onion. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently.
  5. Taste the salad and adjust seasoning if needed. Let it sit for a few minutes to soak in the flavors.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
