Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the salted butter and both sugars for about 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until everything blends seamlessly.
  4. Gradually mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the Halloween baking chips, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and mini Reese's Pieces; fold into the cookie dough.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to portion out 2 tablespoons of dough into balls and arrange on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, ensuring they look set but soft in the center.
  8. Press a few reserved Halloween baking chips and peanut butter chips into the tops of the cookies immediately after baking.
  9. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before storing.
