Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate chips, and condensed milk. Melt over low heat, stirring continuously for about 5–7 minutes until glossy and smooth.
- While the chocolate mixture is melting, line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the lined pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- In another saucepan, combine sugar, fresh cream, egg yolks, and butter over low heat. Stir the mixture continuously for about 5–10 minutes until thickened and creamy.
- Remove from heat and fold in shredded coconut and chopped walnuts, stirring to combine.
- Spoon the coconut-walnut mixture over the first chocolate layer and spread it evenly.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate mixture over the coconut-walnut layer, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for about 2–3 hours or until firm. Lift out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
