Step-by-Step Instructions for Monkey Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and position a rack in the center.
  2. Melt ½ cup of salted butter over medium heat until golden brown, then whisk in 1 cup of brown sugar until dissolved. Stir in ½ cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan using the butter wrappers to prevent sticking.
  4. Open two cans of refrigerated biscuit dough, quarter each biscuit, dip in caramel sauce, and layer in the bundt pan. Pour any remaining caramel over the dough.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and springy when pressed.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving dish.
