Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Layer the bottom of the prepared pan with graham crackers, breaking them as necessary to fit snugly.
  3. Cream together 1 cup of unsalted butter with both granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy. Add 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, mixing until just combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda before incorporating the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
  4. Spread the cookie dough mixture evenly over the graham crackers in the pan, pressing down slightly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and arrange the broken pieces of Hershey's chocolate bars on top. Allow the chocolate to soften for about 5 minutes.
  6. Cool the bars in the pan for 20-30 minutes until set. Lift out using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
