- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and squid ink, creating a strikingly dark mixture.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil while stirring until a rough dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 30-40 minutes.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out to desired thickness. Cut into shapes.
