Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and squid ink, creating a strikingly dark mixture.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil while stirring until a rough dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the kneaded dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out to desired thickness. Cut into shapes.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the button mushrooms until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place shaped dough on a baking sheet and add sautéed mushrooms.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  9. Allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
