Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the 1 tablespoon of unsalted European-style butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  3. Pour in the juice of half a lemon and let the mixture simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Add the remaining butter, 1-2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley; whisk until combined.
  5. Continue to cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with kosher salt or extra Cajun seasoning if desired.
