Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of dry mustard, and a pinch of cayenne pepper until well combined.
  2. Next, add 1 cup of freshly shredded cheddar cheese to your flour mixture, folding it gently until each piece is well-coated.
  3. Create a well in the center of your cheese mixture and pour in ½ cup of melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Drain and pat dry 1 jar of pimento-stuffed Manzanilla olives.
  5. Using a teaspoon of the dough, encase it around an olive, shaping into a ball.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  7. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while the Cheese Olive Balls chill. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
