Ingredients
  

Cherry Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup Cherries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Sugar or Monk Fruit Sweetener or substitute your favorite sweetener
  • ½ cup Water
Iced Latte Components
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cherry Simple Syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee or Espresso strong concentrate preferred
  • 1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk sweetened or unsweetened based on preference
  • ¼ cup Vanilla Almond Creamer unsweetened preferred for control over sweetness
  • ice Ice cubes or crushed

Method
 

Prepare Cherry Simple Syrup
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of cherries, ½ cup of sugar, and ½ cup of water. Stir occasionally until the cherries are soft, about 5-7 minutes. Strain the syrup and let it cool.
Assemble Iced Latte
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cherry simple syrup to create a vibrant layer.
  2. Froth the vanilla almond milk and creamer together until airy. Pour this over the ice and syrup.
  3. Slowly pour in the cold brew coffee over the top. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh cherries or mint and serve immediately.
