- Combine the flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using) in a bowl.
- Pour in the olive oil and water, mixing until a thick, gooey batter forms.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 5 to 10 minutes to thicken.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, checking for doneness at 45 minutes to prevent over-browning.
- Turn off the oven and leave the door ajar, allowing the crackers to cool for 1 to 2 hours.
