Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss in chopped romaine and diced celery, stirring until well coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a surface, ensuring it’s smooth and free from wrinkles.
  3. Spoon a generous quarter of the chicken mixture down the center of the tortilla, leaving space at the edges. Spread the filling evenly.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  5. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and sprinkle more Parmesan on top if desired.
  6. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container, max 2 days in the fridge.
