- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss in chopped romaine and diced celery, stirring until well coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a surface, ensuring it’s smooth and free from wrinkles.
- Spoon a generous quarter of the chicken mixture down the center of the tortilla, leaving space at the edges. Spread the filling evenly.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Cut the wrap in half diagonally and sprinkle more Parmesan on top if desired.
