Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 package Garden Salad Mix Any mixed greens
  • 1 cup Black Olives Can substitute with green olives
  • 2 medium Roma Tomatoes Any ripe tomato variety
  • 1 cup Croutons Homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini Peppers Substitute with banana peppers if needed
  • 1/4 medium Red Onion Soak in water for milder taste
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Olive Garden Dressing Homemade vinaigrette can be used
  • Salt & Ground Black Pepper To taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Preferably freshly grated

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the garden salad mix thoroughly.
  2. Slice the Roma tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the red onion.
  3. Drain and rinse the black olives if they are canned, setting aside in individual bowls.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the garden salad mix, followed by the sliced Roma tomatoes, black olives, croutons, sliced pepperoncini, and red onion.
  2. Gently toss the ingredients together using salad tongs for even distribution.
Season and Dress
  1. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Toss the salad gently to coat evenly.
  3. Drizzle the Olive Garden dressing over the salad and toss once more to mix.
Serve
  1. Transfer the salad into a serving bowl or plates and serve immediately.
