- In a mixing bowl, combine room-temperature cream cheese and mayonnaise using a hand mixer on medium speed for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Then add dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Take slices of soft brioche bread and spread the herbed cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice.
- Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds and arrange on one half of the spread-coated bread, slightly overlapping.
