Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Cucumber Sandwiches
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine room-temperature cream cheese and mayonnaise using a hand mixer on medium speed for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Then add dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Take slices of soft brioche bread and spread the herbed cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice.
  3. Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds and arrange on one half of the spread-coated bread, slightly overlapping.
  4. Place another slice of cream cheese spread-coated bread on top of the cucumbers and gently press to secure. Cut into quarters or bite-sized pieces.
  5. Arrange the cucumber sandwiches on a serving platter, covering with a damp paper towel if not served immediately.
