  1. Prepare the chicken by trimming excess fat and patting them dry with paper towels. Place in a bowl or zip-top bag.
  2. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, or marinate at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
