  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil Regular sesame oil can be used
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Optional for strict keto diet

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, swirling to coat the pan. The oil is ready when it shimmers.
  3. Add ground pork, breaking it apart and cooking for 6-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Sauté onions and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until onions are soft and translucent.
  5. Stir in coleslaw mix and cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage softens.
  6. Add soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sugar, stirring to combine. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
