Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully blended.
  2. Press the granola mixture firmly into the bottom of muffin liners in a muffin pan for an even thickness.
  3. Scoop two tablespoons of Greek yogurt into each cup, smoothing it over the granola layer.
  4. Add a generous handful of fresh berries on top of the yogurt layer in each cup.
  5. Place the muffin pan in the freezer for at least 3 hours to freeze.
  6. Once frozen, allow the cups to thaw at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
