Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Eyeball Garnish by draining the lychees and inserting blueberries into each lychee.

  3. Pour brut champagne into each chilled glass halfway.
  4. Top each glass with pomegranate juice until filled.
  5. Garnish by placing skewers of lychee eyeballs in each glass.
