- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, placing the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer Genoa salami, pepperoni, cotta salami, banana peppers, and slices of provolone cheese on the bottom half.
- Seal with the top half of the rolls and press down lightly.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush over the top of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-20 minutes until golden and toasty.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
