Preparation Steps
- In a clean, medium-sized mason jar, pour in 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of whole milk, and 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract. Leave a little space at the top for shaking.
- Seal the mason jar tightly with its lid and shake it vigorously for about 5 minutes until well-blended and slightly thickened.
- Carefully unscrew the lid and gently fold in your chosen mix-ins using a spatula or spoon.
- Place the lid back on the jar and freeze for about 3 to 4 hours until firm to the touch but still smooth.
- After freezing, take the mason jar out of the freezer. Scoop and enjoy your delightful Mason Jar Ice Cream!
