Instructions for One Pan Greek Vegetables
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and spread them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the veggies, sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
