- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and position your oven rack in the center.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the pure vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter and sugar mixture.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Roll portions of the dough into balls and coat each in Rice Krispies cereal.
- Place the coated dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and slightly flatten them. Bake for 23-25 minutes.
