Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the baby blue melting chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth and fully melted.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the robin egg candy and Easter sprinkles over the melted chocolate before it sets.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes or until completely firm.
  5. Mix the cocoa powder with water until achieving a paint-like consistency.
  6. Flick the cocoa mixture onto the surface of the bark using a basting brush.
  7. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy or serve it on a festive platter.
