Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Matcha Latte
  1. In a medium bowl, mash 1 cup of hulled fresh strawberries with 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup until jammy. Set aside.
  2. In a tall glass, fill halfway with 1 cup of ice cubes and pour in ½ to ¾ cup of oat milk.
  3. Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder into a small bowl. Pour in 2 ounces of hot water and whisk vigorously for 30-60 seconds until frothy.
  4. Gently pour the whisked matcha over the back of a spoon into the glass to layer it on top of the milk.
