- Prepare the chicken by cutting into 2-3 cm cubes and place in a bowl.
- Finely chop the fresh coriander and set aside.
- Prepare the garlic paste by peeling and mashing garlic cloves.
- Grate the ginger and mix with yogurt, garlic paste, salt, spices, coriander, lemon juice, and oil to create marinade.
- Add chicken to marinade, coat well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat at about 200°C (400°F).
- Skewer marinated chicken, leaving space between pieces.
- Cook kebabs on the grill or in the oven for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Optionally, use a blow torch for added char after cooking.
- Garnish cooked kebabs with freshly chopped coriander before serving.
