  • 15 g Fresh Coriander Chop finely.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Brightens flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil Enhances richness.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting into 2-3 cm cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the fresh coriander and set aside.
  3. Prepare the garlic paste by peeling and mashing garlic cloves.
  4. Grate the ginger and mix with yogurt, garlic paste, salt, spices, coriander, lemon juice, and oil to create marinade.
  5. Add chicken to marinade, coat well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  6. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat at about 200°C (400°F).
  8. Skewer marinated chicken, leaving space between pieces.
  9. Cook kebabs on the grill or in the oven for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  10. Optionally, use a blow torch for added char after cooking.
  11. Garnish cooked kebabs with freshly chopped coriander before serving.
