Ingredients
  

For the Casserole Layers
  • 4 cups Potatoes Thinly sliced, russet preferred
  • 2 cups Zucchini Thinly sliced
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 2 cups Cream Or a simple roux
  • 1 cup Cheese Blend of mozzarella and cheddar
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Fresh Cress

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Prepare the creamy sauce by combining cream with spices in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Thinly slice the potatoes and zucchini, about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Layer the vegetables in a greased baking dish, alternating potatoes and zucchini.
  5. Pour the creamy sauce over the layered vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh cress before serving.
