  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 2% suggested
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise optional or replace with more yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar or lemon juice

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the fresh broccoli thoroughly and ensure the florets are bone-dry. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and finely chop a red onion. Slice a Honeycrisp apple into small cubes, discarding the core.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, onion, and apple. Add dried cranberries and sprinkle sliced almonds. Gently toss the ingredients together.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, and cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss thoroughly to coat every piece.
