Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Finely crush the golden Oreo cookies until they resemble sand.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crushed Oreo crumbs, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow truffles to firm up.
- Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark, coating completely, then place back on baking sheet. Optionally sprinkle with sprinkles or cinnamon sugar.
- Refrigerate the dipped truffles for at least another hour until the coating is set.
