Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with festive cupcake liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, large eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake pan, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  5. Let the cupcakes cool on a wire rack for about 5 minutes before transferring to cool completely.
  6. While cooling, stir green food coloring into the white frosting until the desired shade is achieved.
