Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey Vanilla Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth with a few small lumps.
- Add 1/2 cup of honey, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
