Ingredients
  

For the Lemonade Base
  • 1.5 cups Fresh Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 8 cups Water Adjust based on preference
  • 1.5 cups Sugar Adjust depending on peach sweetness
For the Peach Puree
  • 5-6 pieces Ripe Peaches Fresh, preferably 'seconds'
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint For blending and garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, combine 1 ½ cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 8 cups of water, and 1 ½ cups of sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Wash 5-6 ripe peaches, slice them in half, and remove the pits. Reserve about ¼ of the slices for garnish.
  3. In a blender, combine the remaining peach slices, 1 cup of prepared lemonade, and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the peach puree back into the pitcher with the lemonade base and stir gently to combine. Add ice cubes if desired.
  5. Garnish each glass with fresh peach slices, lemon wedges, and a sprig of mint before serving.
