- In a large pitcher, combine 1 ½ cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 8 cups of water, and 1 ½ cups of sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Wash 5-6 ripe peaches, slice them in half, and remove the pits. Reserve about ¼ of the slices for garnish.
- In a blender, combine the remaining peach slices, 1 cup of prepared lemonade, and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the peach puree back into the pitcher with the lemonade base and stir gently to combine. Add ice cubes if desired.
- Garnish each glass with fresh peach slices, lemon wedges, and a sprig of mint before serving.
