  • 1 cup Boiling Water To dissolve gelatin

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve raspberry gelatin thoroughly, stirring continuously for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour raspberry gelatin mixture into 6 individual dessert dishes halfway and refrigerate for 2 to 2.5 hours until set.
  3. Blend another box of raspberry gelatin dissolved in 1 cup of boiling water with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add ½ cup cold water and half of the whipped topping to the blended mixture and blend until fully integrated.
  5. Pour the creamy raspberry layer over the set gelatin in each dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Top each dessert with remaining whipped topping and garnish with fresh raspberries, mint leaves, or sprinkles.
