Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray an 8×8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Press half of the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Evenly distribute 8 to 10 Peeps over the cookie base.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the Peeps.
- Bake for 8 minutes until slightly golden.
- Gently swirl the melted Peeps across the top.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the baking dish to room temperature.
- Transfer to the fridge for about an hour.
- Cut into squares and serve.
