For the Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons Honey maple syrup is a great alternative for vegan
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil can use avocado oil for a unique flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil until well combined and emulsified.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  3. In a large salad bowl, add 4 cups of mixed greens and slice 2 Honeycrisp apples into thin wedges, tossing gently.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese and ½ cup of chopped nuts over the salad.
  5. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss to coat.
