Ingredients
  

Lemonade Base
  • 1 cup jamun fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk can swap with coconut cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black salt optional
  • 1 cup coconut water fresh or packaged
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh is best
Fizz
  • to taste soda or aerated water
  • as needed ice
Garnish
  • to taste chaat masala optional
  • to taste red chili powder optional
  • as needed fresh mint
  • as needed lemon wedges

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of ripe jamun, 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, 1 cup of coconut water, and the juice of 1 lemon. Add a pinch of salt and black salt, if using. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes to the brim to chill them.
  3. Pour the blended jamun mixture over the ice in each glass until three-quarters full.
  4. Top each glass with soda or aerated water to fill completely.
  5. Sprinkle a dash of chaat masala and red chili powder if desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
