- In a blender, combine 1 cup of ripe jamun, 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, 1 cup of coconut water, and the juice of 1 lemon. Add a pinch of salt and black salt, if using. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes to the brim to chill them.
- Pour the blended jamun mixture over the ice in each glass until three-quarters full.
- Top each glass with soda or aerated water to fill completely.
- Sprinkle a dash of chaat masala and red chili powder if desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
