- Begin by boiling 2 cups of water in a saucepan over high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 black tea bags. Let steep for 10 minutes.
- While the tea steeps, peel and dice 1 ripe mango. In a separate saucepan, combine the mango with the remaining 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Mash the mango to create a puree.
- Strain the mango mixture into the pitcher with the brewed tea to remove pulp. Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey until dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature before serving over ice. Garnish with fresh mango slices if desired.

For a richer flavor, brew a concentrated tea with an additional tea bag. Freeze tea in ice cube trays to maintain flavor while cooling drinks.
