Ingredients
  

For the Cake Pops
  • 1 box Cake Mix Any favorite brand.
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese Frosting Homemade or store-bought.
For the Coating
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Wafers Can substitute with colored candy melts.
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil Optional for smoothness.
For Decoration
  • 1 cup Sprinkles (Red, White, and Blue) Choose fun combinations.

Method
 

Cake Pop Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cake mix as directed. Pour into greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into small pieces, resembling coarse crumbs.
  3. Mix fluffy cake crumbs with cream cheese frosting until dough-like consistency is achieved.
  4. Roll about 1 tablespoon of mixture into smooth balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the cake balls for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Stir in coconut oil into melted chocolate for shine.
  8. Insert sticks into chilled cake balls, dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle immediately with decorations.
  9. Place cake pops upright to set for 10-15 minutes until chocolate hardens.
