  • 5 pieces ripe kiwis
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or substitute with vanilla or coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey can swap with maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for Frankenstein's eyes; can also use dark chocolate chips or yogurt-covered raisins
  • 1 cup optional spinach or kale for nutrient boost and color

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Peel and slice 4-5 ripe kiwis into 1/4-inch rounds and set aside.
  2. Blend kiwi slices, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth and vibrant green.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them 3/4 full.
  4. Place mini chocolate chips into the mixture for the eyes of the pops.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  6. Run molds under warm water to release pops and serve immediately.
