  • 7 pieces fresh lemons Juiced
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar Adjust to preference, can substitute with honey

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by peeling and chopping 8 ripe kiwis into small pieces. Use a sturdy masher or the back of a fork to mash them in a large glass pitcher, releasing their sweet juice.
  2. Next, cut 7 fresh lemons in half and use a lemon juicer to extract their juice directly into the pitcher.
  3. Dust 1 ½ cups of granulated sugar evenly over the kiwi and lemon mixture. Stir gently with a long spoon until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  4. Gradually pour in 8–10 cups of cold water into the pitcher, stirring continuously to blend everything harmoniously.
  5. Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
  6. When ready to serve, fill tall glasses with ice and pour the kiwi lemonade over the ice, garnishing with slices of lime or lemon and kiwi wedges.
