  • 2 tablespoons Pecorino Romano Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Italian Parsley finely chopped

Preparation Steps

  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Assemble your sandwich by placing the cheese between two slices of buttered bread with the buttered sides facing outward.
  4. Preheat the non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  5. Cook the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on the first side until golden brown.
  6. Flip the sandwiches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and cheese is melted.
