  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary Can use fresh herbs at three times the quantity.

For Cooking Liquid
  • 1 cup Beef broth Can substitute with chicken or vegetable broth.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prep the Ingredients - Cut the beef stew meat into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes. Parboil the potatoes for 5-7 minutes in salted water if desired.
  2. Step 2: Sear the Beef - Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef bites until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
  3. Step 3: Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce - Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and add minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Combine in Slow Cooker - Place halved baby potatoes in the slow cooker, add seared beef bites, pour the garlic butter sauce, and add 1 cup of beef broth.
