Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Butter Chicken
  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat, then pat chicken breasts dry and coat with olive oil. Season with 21 Salute seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and sear undisturbed for 5 minutes.
  3. Flip the chicken over and cook for another 5 minutes or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest covered with aluminum foil.
  5. Add white wine or chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping the bottom for brown bits and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add unsalted butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir until the butter melts and garlic is fragrant.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the garlic butter sauce and heating for another minute.
