- Gently cook your fresh crab meat in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, just until heated through.

- Take a French baguette and slice it into thick pieces, approximately 1 inch in width.
- Drizzle the sliced baguette with a little olive oil and place in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
- Spread the prepared crab mixture evenly across each toasted slice of bread.
- For added flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the crab-topped toasts.
