Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gently cook your fresh crab meat in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, just until heated through.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter with 2-3 cloves of minced fresh garlic. Stir well until creamy and smooth.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Take a French baguette and slice it into thick pieces, approximately 1 inch in width.
  5. Drizzle the sliced baguette with a little olive oil and place in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
  6. Spread the prepared crab mixture evenly across each toasted slice of bread.
  7. For added flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the crab-topped toasts.
  8. Return the topped toasts to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
