  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Thoroughly wash and pat dry your baby potatoes. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary. Stir until well blended.
  4. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and gently toss until coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the potatoes cut-side down.
