- Marinate the steak by combining flank steak strips with soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and hot sauce. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook halved baby potatoes for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add butter, minced garlic, red chili flakes, and herbs in the skillet, sauté for 30 seconds. Then, add marinated flank steak and cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Stir in the reserved marinade, thicken slightly, then add golden potatoes back to the skillet and toss. Serve immediately.
