  • 3 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
For the Potatoes
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes No peeling needed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For crispness
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Vegan butter or olive oil for lighter option
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley For garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and a splash of olive oil.
  2. Add diced baby potatoes and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Remove the potatoes and set them aside to keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Once bubbling, add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove steak bites and lower the heat. Add remaining butter and minced garlic, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Return steak bites and warm potatoes to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
