Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, allowing the mixture to melt and blend together.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Toss in 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Incorporate 4 cups of cauliflower florets and sauté for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Pour in ½ cup of vegetable stock and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 tablespoon of parsley, and 3 cloves of minced garlic to the pan; cook for about 30 seconds.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir everything together, and garnish with remaining parsley before serving.
