Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Drizzle olive oil over sweet potatoes, sprinkle salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  4. Remove the preheated baking pan, line with parchment, and spread the sweet potatoes.
  5. Roast sweet potatoes for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.
  6. Remove from oven and scatter minced garlic and parmesan cheese over the sweet potatoes.
  7. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
