  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
For the Finish
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by rinsing the large shrimp under cool water and patting them dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil along with half of the unsalted butter.
  3. Carefully arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the hot skillet. Sauté for about 2 minutes until pink. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and let it melt. Stir in minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet. Add lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Toss gently for about a minute.
  6. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp mixture. Stir lightly to let the cheese melt.
  7. Let it cook for an additional minute, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  8. Serve immediately while hot, paired with pasta, crusty bread, or a light salad.
