Ingredients

Base
  • 1 medium store-bought pepperoni pizza Choose any size that suits your gathering.
Ghostly Topper
  • 8 slices low-moisture mozzarella Avoid fresh mozzarella as it might make the pizza soggy.
Decoration
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds Can be swapped with olives or any preferred decoration.

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet
  • cookie cutter

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza packaging, typically around 400°F (200°C). Prepare your baking sheet by placing it in the oven to warm up.
  2. While the oven heats up, take your low-moisture mozzarella slices and use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to create ghost shapes. Set the cheese cutouts aside.
  3. Remove your heated baking sheet from the oven and place the pepperoni pizza on it. Arrange the ghost-shaped mozzarella cutouts on top of the pizza.
  4. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on each cheese ghost to create little eyes. Get creative with the placement.
  5. Place the pizza back into the oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Once baked, carefully take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, cut your pizza into wedges and serve warm.
